How to measure your helmet size:

Place measuring tape around widest part of head where helmet is worn-usually. This will be just above the ears and about a half inch above the eyebrows.
Measure it couple times to get the most accurate measure.
A helmet should fit snug on your head. If it moves while wearing, it is too large.
